Mark C. Rose (born Henderson, Nevada) is an honors graduate of Creighton University’s School of Law. Mark’s legal practice focuses on helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of the legal system, both inside and outside of the courtroom, in an effective and efficient manner. Mark’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy (chapters 7, 13, and 11), debtor’s and creditor’s rights, representation of bankruptcy trustees in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, defense and prosecution of bankruptcy adversary proceedings, in-house counsel services, and general civil litigation.
Since 2018, Mark has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and one of Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business. Additionally, Mark is the past president of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Utah State Bar and currently serves on the panel of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the District of Utah.
Outside of the office, Mark is actively engaged in coaching youth sports for his children and serving in his community. Mark and his wife, along with their six (6) children, reside in Bountiful, Utah.
